Named one of Florida’s Top 25 Designers by Design & Decor magazine, JoAnna Palinchak brings more than 25 years of experience with Design West. After beginning in the Professional Service Division and contributing across all areas of the firm, she became Vice President of Operations. In 2026, she accepted the role of President of Design West where she continues to draw upon her expertise in design, client relations, and operations. JoAnna holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Florida State University.

New York native Dominique oversees the Professional Services Division, with responsibilities including design, client relations, training, procedures, and business development. An interior designer at Design West for more than 18 years, she graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with degrees in both interior design and art history. Throughout her career, Dominique has cultivated strong relationships within the Naples design/build community and with industry partners across the United States, creating collaborative opportunities that enhance project success and elevate the client experience.
Edgar oversees the interior architectural drafting and cabinetry design division for Design West. With a degree from The College of Architecture, Planning, and Design at Kansas State University and more than 20 years of experience, he has a strong understanding of structural and mechanical building systems. Edgar focuses on the technical aspect of all projects, from conception with clients to the completion of working drawings necessary to carry out the design intent.
